The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and at what charge. You will only pay one delivery charge per address.

Free Delivery is applied to your order when you spend £75 and over at (This method only covers up to £20 compensation for loss or damage)
Standard Delivery – £4.00

UK orders will normally be received within 5 working days. Choose this option if you’re not in a hurry to receive your order and we’ll use the most efficient delivery method possible. (This method only covers up to £20 compensation for loss or damage)
Special Delivery – guaranteed by 1pm (insured up to £500) – £11.00 (Next Working Day delivery on orders placed before midday)
Delivery next working day for orders placed before midday (Mon-Fri). This method covers up to £500 compensation for loss or damage (we strongly recommend selecting ‘Special Delivery’ for items worth over £50).

International Tracked & Signed Delivery – Europe: £14.90 (covered up to £250)
International Tracked & Signed Delivery – Worldwide: £24.70 (covered up to £250)
International orders will normally be received within 7-14 working days, depending on the destination.

Returns & refunds policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have ordered or purchased in TPFramework, please return it within 14 days of the date of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or a voucher/credit note.  

Items returned under our 14 day guarantee should be returned to us in their original condition including any packaging. Please note we are unable to refund earrings.

If the item you have purchased is faulty in any way or mis-described we will offer you a refund, replacement or a repair. 

To ensure we can deal with your return as quickly as possible please call us on  

0044 +1229 343214 for the appropriate address to return your parcel to – we’ll also advise you on the best method of returning the goods. We ask that you wrap and parcel goods which you are returning carefully, to prevent damage. If it is convenient you are welcome to pop in to TPFramework in person.    

Please include a note explaining the reason why you wish to return the goods, whether you would prefer us to send you a replacement or a voucher/credit note. Enclose your contact details in the event of any queries. 

Please obtain proof of postage (a certificate of posting is available free of charge from the Post Office). This should be kept in a safe place in case you need to claim compensation from the carrier.  We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit from our customers. 

We aim to process the returned items promptly. However, during busy periods, please allow up to 14 days for your refund or replacement to be actioned. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Please note that the costs for returning the item to us are not refundable, unless you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective.  In these cases we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we’ll reimburse your costs in returning it to us. 

Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer.
